What do I learn?

If you have a basic understanding of Bookkeping, this course is ideal to help you understand QuickBooks Pro's processes. Covering invoice & credit note processing, sales ledger, posting payments and receipts, error correction and backup and restore.

 

By the end of this course you will:

• Understand the basics of bookkeeping
• Know how set up your QuickBooks Premier Software
• Be able to Navigate around QuickBooks Pro
• Understand the Quickbooks Chart of Accounts
• Work with Multiple Currencies
• How to add and use QuickBooks accounts
• Be comfortable with producing reports and using the excel integration features
• Understand how to deal with Customers and Sales
• Understand how to deal with Suppliers and expenses
• Know how to send your invoices by email or print
• Understand how to use the Excel Integration feature
• Be able to create reoccurring transaction handle refunds and other changes
• Customise the design and layout of your reports
• understand how to Use the Calendar View features
• Memorised and automate transactions
• Use the Collections centre to recover your outstanding invoices from your customers
